When creating a new menu first you have to select what you want to serve. Does it fit the overall theme? Is the recipe confusing for your cooks? Can it be consistently done right? By any of the cooks? After you have finalized the items, recipes and procedures. It’s time to get some taste testing done. Get feedback from people whose opinion you trust and value.
On to the actual menu. Are the descriptions concise, understandable and illustrative? Will the majority of readers understand what you are trying to say?
If you are reading this then I am asking you to read some stuff. Are you picking up what I am laying down? Lol. Is is written understandably? I’m not expecting anyone to understand the ideas at first but I want to make sure I’m doing my best to make things that are sooo painfully obvious to me, a little more noticeable to others.
You were all hand selected for your unique experiences and point of view. That and I know you and value your opinion and ideas. Or you are someone who I admire and grew some balls and sent you an email, dm, kik, whatever the kids are doing nowdays.
