I normally would keep an idea this awesome close to my vest. Flesh it out myself and make it happen. But I want this to happen way more than I want the personal satisfaction and credit for doing it myself. It’s that awesome.
We need a series, imagine a cross between Cheers and Saturday Night Live. In the Star Wars Universe, based on the Death Star, about all the low level imperials and stormtroopers and their trials and tribulations. And how their lives are affected by events in the Movies, etc.
It will be called……
Death Star Canteen.
Pending intellectual property check with Eddie Izzard. I have no idea how that stuff works but it’s funny so I think he would be cool with it. If you aren’t familiar, Google Eddie Izzard Death Star Canteen, the Lego one is awesome.
The Canteen would be the main set, kind of like Cheers. With the sketches adding stories in other areas or locations.
