When designing a menu you have to know your customers. Who are you making this food for. For most of my general menus I have done, I have two types of people I focused on. People like my stepmom, worldly, foodieish, will try fancier foofoo food. And people like my dad, won’t eat anything his Mom didn’t cook him. Stuck in his ways, won’t try new food.
I always tried to take some food someone like my Dad would never ever try and remix it with something familiar.
A huge problem with keeping an eye on the Government is that it is so damn confusing. They want it that way so you get frustrated and give up. We need to make the Government more palatable and user friendly. Easier to understand so we are less likely to be overwhelmed by their bullshit.
