The Rotating Racism Amendment.

In order to make the most of misinformation and public outcry driven to a frenzied pitch by the 24 hour money driven news cycle, this Constitutional Amendment will change the focus of Systematic Racism/Sexism in The United States of America LLC to give a more balanced and equal share to minorities and other marginalized groups. Especially groups that identify other than Blacks, GLB or Women. These groups have been unfairly given more Systematic Racism/Sexism than others and must be remedied immediately, if not sooner.
